Job summary

THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAUX is seeking a remote, part-time Quality Assurance Assessor & Case Checker to support QAA standardisation across offices. The role involves ongoing case checking, feedback to volunteers and staff, and using Casebook for case management.

You will monitor accuracy, disseminate best practices, and adapt to policy changes while reporting to management quarterly. 21 hours/week with permanent contract and UK-wide scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in advice or case-checking.
• Ability to supervise or provide feedback to staff and volunteers.
• Familiarity with QA guidelines for Citizens Advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case checking and feedback to staff and volunteers.
• Use the Casebook case management system for case checking.
• Identify remedial issues and report actions to staff and management.
• Adapt to changes in legislation and CAC local information resources.
