Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of all relevant FADV processes and products.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present findings clearly.

• Ability to follow complex instructions and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-process and post-process reviews using client checklists to ensure all information is present before case fulfilment.
• Complete search level data entry on behalf of the client as needed.
• Review all searches within a case for accuracy and completeness against client requirements.
• Provide guidance as senior quality SME for complex, high-risk and escalated cases.
• Lead audits, identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
