Job summary

First Advantage, a leading provider of background screening solutions, is seeking a Case Manager/Lead QA Auditor (S4) UK based. You will review client orders, perform pre- and post-process QC, and ensure data quality from initial information to final report delivered to clients.

You’ll act as senior QA SME for complex cases, guide teams, and monitor timelines while maintaining documentation, client requirements, and SOAR quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review data for accuracy.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-process and post-process reviews using client checklists and SOPs.
• Complete search level data entry on behalf of the client as needed.
• Review all searches to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Serve as senior QA SME for high-risk and escalated cases.
• Maintain thorough system notes and documentation per standards.
• Monitor SLA performance and mitigate delivery risks.
