First American is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to verify final reports and documents for accuracy in a remote role. You will identify missing information, contact internal resources or customers to obtain required data, and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include escalating complex questions to a supervisor and maintaining strong written and verbal communication throughout the process. This is a remote, hourly position with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years directly related experience.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identifies missing information and areas requiring corrections.
• Contacts internal resource or customer to obtain required information.
• Ensures the product is in compliance with company and customer standards.
• Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.
