Job summary

Greater Minnesota Family Services seeks a Fulltime Quality Analyst I to support data integrity and timely documentation across our programs. This remote role requires residence in Minnesota and occasional travel to Willmar for training or meetings.

The position involves collaborating with clinical and administrative staff, monitoring Procentive and other reporting tools, and guiding staff to improve performance and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is preferred.
• Must reside in Minnesota.
• Strong proficiency in English: reading, writing, and clear communication.
• Experience serving rural Minnesota communities and familiarity with rural service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data in Procentive (EHR portal) and other reporting systems to ensure timely documentation.
• Communicate with staff regarding quality reporting concerns and provide guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Analyst II, Clinical Coordinator and Program Coordinator to support staff performance.
