Collage Group is seeking a Qualitative Research Analyst for our Custom Insights market research team. This remote role welcomes candidates located in the United States and supports a flexible work model.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client-ready insights, build compelling slides, and manage recruitment, fielding, and vendor coordination while maintaining tight deadlines. A strong curiosity for people and data underpins your work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of market research experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with qualitative methods (focus groups, IDIs, bulletin boards).
• Intellectually curious with a passion for research and talking to people.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, great attitude, and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client service.
• Team player with self-directed responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and logistics.
• Assist in data analysis, slide-building, quality control, fielding support and documentation.
• Document client calls and internal meetings; share feedback for collaboration.
• Support client deliverables by creating slides and identifying case studies and desk research.
• Manage recruitment logistics, fielding, scheduling, vendors, and process improvements.
• Proactively communicate availability and contributions to the team.
