Job summary

Numerator is seeking a Qualitative Analyst to join our remote United States team. You will contribute across all phases of qualitative projects, from design to analysis and reporting, crafting narrative-driven insights and leveraging AI tools to accelerate work.

You’ll collaborate with qualitative consultants, moderate sessions online, and produce Word and PowerPoint deliverables, with a focus on timely, high-quality outcomes and actionable storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting qualitative research, including guide design, moderating, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of executing projects, from design to execution to analysis and delivery.
• Own the overall success of deliverables, ensuring they are high quality, error-free, and on time.
• Analyze qualitative data and craft strategic, story-driven reports in Word and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with Qualitative Consultants to deliver clear, actionable insights supported by narratives.
• Create media outputs such as video reels and summary decks that bring findings to life.
• Integrate and leverage AI tools within the qualitative workflow to drive efficiency and quality.
• Moderate asynchronous online sessions to uncover deep consumer insights.
• Manage multiple qualitative projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Communicate capacity and seek support when needed.
• Provide constructive feedback for delegation to operations teams.
• Participate in team discussions and survey initiatives.
