Job summary

VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks a Senior Market Research Analyst to support survey projects end-to-end, from questionnaire review to data delivery. You will work with teams across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC to ensure data quality and timely client communication.

The role emphasizes project management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment while using Qualtrics, ERM, and CRM tools to drive insights and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably in B2B.
• Familiarity with online and CATI survey methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Qualtrics (or similar platforms); comfortable supporting survey setup and send-outs.
• Basic proficiency with ERM systems, CRM platforms, and PowerBI.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Skilled in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey projects from start to finish and provide feedback.
• Review questionnaires and test links.
• Conduct data quality reviews and final checks.
• Prepare final raw data files for client delivery.
• Assist in quotes and proposals development.
• Coordinate client calls and vendor communication.
• Monitor fieldwork and support basic programming tasks.
• Maintain records in CRM and review client activity with PowerBI.
• Escalate risks to senior team members.
