Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd. is seeking an experienced CCM Quadient Developer for a remote C2C contract.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain complex customer communications and document workflows using Quadient Inspire, with emphasis on data mapping, multi-channel output, and automation. The role requires 5+ years in CCM/software engineering, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering and CCM.
• Hands-on development expertise with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automate).
• Deep proficiency in document composition, variable data printing, and multi-channel output management.
• Experience with data mapping, XML/JSON data structures, and database integration for document generation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities in enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and remote collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex customer communications using Quadient Inspire.
• Configure multi-channel document composition (print, email, SMS, web, interactive).
• Perform data mapping, schema integration, and variable data formatting from enterprise sources.
• Build automated document generation, batch processing, and output management pipelines.
• Conduct unit testing, QA, and proofing for regulatory and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot rendering errors and integration failures promptly.
• Create technical docs, templates, workflow diagrams, and deployment runbooks.
