Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology seeks a Senior Quadient Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and deep Quadient Inspire CCM expertise to design, develop, and support large-scale customer communications across print, email, and digital channels.

You will leverage Quadient Designer and Interactive Analyze, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and operations to deliver end-to-end CCM solutions, including AI-assisted productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior Quadient Developer with 10+ years IT experience and strong Quadient Inspire (CCM) expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire CCM solutions for print, email, archive, and digital channels.
• Translate requirements into scalable CCM solutions with templates, workflows, and data mappings.
• Ensure accuracy, performance, and consistency for high-volume batch and on-demand processing.
• Integrate Quadient with upstream/downstream systems and delivery platforms.
• Perform impact analysis, debugging, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Apply Claude AI tools for requirement analysis, code assistance, and documentation drafting.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
