Themesoft Inc. is seeking a Senior Quadient Developer to design, build, and support high-volume customer communications using Quadient Inspire CCM.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery across print and digital channels, with mentoring responsibilities for junior developers and close collaboration with analysts and QA teams. Ideal candidates bring extensive Quadient experience, a strong design and coding background, and an interest in leveraging AI tools like Claude to optimize productivity

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience with Quadient Inspire CCM.
Design, develop, and support high-volume customer communications.
Exposure to Claude AI for productivity and optimization.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire CCM solutions for customers.
Design communications across print, email, archive, and digital channels.
Create and enhance templates, workflows, layouts, data mappings, and business rules.
Implement integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and operations for end-to-end delivery.
