This role focuses on generating multi-channel customer communications and requires extensive experience with the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in IT engineering, experience with end-to-end document solutions, and strong programming skills in Groovy, Java, or Python. The position offers a 12+ month duration in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• Quadient Inspire Certifications in Inspire Scalar.
• 5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production environment.
• Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions.
• Strong understanding of data-driven document composition.
• Solid programming experience in Groovy Script, Java Script, or Python.
• Experience within enterprise IT environments with formal SDLC, QA, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions.
• Build and support multi-channel customer communications including printed and digital documents.
• Ensure customer communications meet ADA accessibility and compliance requirements.
• Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data and performance.
• Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews and testing.
