Cognizant is seeking a QNXT Technical Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery for healthcare payer consulting engagements. This remote role supports clients nationwide, partners with client stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and operations leaders to ensure stable, scalable, and high‑performing QNXT solutions that meet critical business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in healthcare payer technology, consulting, implementation, or production support.
• 5+ years of hands-on QNXT technical experience.
• Strong expertise with QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, Workflow Engine, and System Integrations.
• Experience supporting HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 834, 820).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules (Claims, Benefits, WFE, Batch Processing, Interfaces).
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues impacting claims and operations.
• Oversee release management, environment governance, and production support activities.
• Partner with client business and IT teams to design scalable solutions aligned with objectives.
• Lead and mentor technical consultants while promoting best practices and quality.
