Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in healthcare payer tech and 5+ years in QNXT, with strong SQL, leadership, and client-facing consulting experience. Salary ranges from $113,000 to $130,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Healthcare or related field.
• 8+ years in healthcare payer tech, consulting, or production support.
• 5+ years hands-on QNXT technical experience.
• Expertise with QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits, WFE, Batch Processing, and Integrations.
• Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 834, 820, 27X).
• Advanced SQL and database analysis for production issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT Claims, Benefits Configuration, Workflow Engine, Batch Processing, and Integrations.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues impacting claims processing, membership, provider, and benefit operations.
• Oversee release management, environment governance, technical change management, and production support activities.
• Partner with client business and IT teams to design scalable solutions that align with objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical consultants while promoting QNXT best practices and quality standards.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
