Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on software quality assurance, testing, business systems analysis, application support, or software development experience preferred.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, databases, reports, batch processes, and vendor platforms in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle for multiple complex technology initiatives.
• Create test plans for major platform deployments, upgrades, and maintenance; follow best-practice testing processes.
• Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, designs and vendor docs for testability and traceability.
• Participate in planning, backlog refinement, design reviews, and sprint planning to identify quality risks.
• Develop risk-based test strategies and plans with scope, environments, data needs, and timing.
