Job summary

Groupe Kardol in New York City is seeking a driven Quality Assurance Analyst to join the COO Office of a major investment bank. The role focuses on ensuring product quality across front-office projects through hands-on testing and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop test plans, execute manual tests (about 90%), assist with UAT, track defects in Jira, and help drive QA best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and SQL is a strong plus, and on-site work in Midtown Manhattan is

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience performing QA

Responsibilities

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in conjunction with Business Stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, Project Managers, and Business Stakeholders to fully understand requirements and specifications for testability
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports, including documentation and analysis of issues found in testing. Provide initial triage based upon constructive analysis of the issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with clear and actionable feedback
• Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring that all issues are properly remediated, and appropriately regression tested prior to production release
• Contribute to regular project meetings, providing feedback on testing timelines and priorities
• Ensure strict adherence to established QA standards and methodologies

Summary

Seeking a driven, meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst ( manual tester ) to join front-office team of project managers and business analysts to support delivery of a range of high-priority and high-visibility projects, working side-by-side with development partners.
