Job summary

StrongMind is seeking a QA Engineer for test orchestration to join our remote engineering team. You will own the regression strategy, drive AI‑driven testing, and partner with Release and Product to ensure production readiness while balancing speed and quality.

This role focuses on building scalable testing systems, improving observability, and mentoring QA peers. Core hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday, with collaboration across product and engineering to raise

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning QA strategy, test automation, and release readiness.
• Strong knowledge of test orchestration across CI/CD and release processes.
• Design regression suites that balance coverage with speed.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-driven testing workflows to expand coverage.
• Define end-to-end regression strategy and test prioritization.
• Collaborate with Release to set testing procedures, quality gates, and exit criteria.
• Improve testability and failure observability within CI/CD.
• Mentor QA peers and promote shared QA standards.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and post-incident reviews.
