Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a QA/Support Engineer for a 3-month contract to author and QA AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows.

You will execute high-volume automated tasks with accuracy and maintain clear technical documentation, collaborating across product, engineering, and QA using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA. You’ll join a team focused on healthcare technology platforms, with fast ramp-up, strict attention to detail, and a strong ownership mindset to ensure reliable operations

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up within days and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with structured process documentation.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation.
• Execute detailed and high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal developer tooling to optimize customer and team workflows.
• Create structured technical and process documentation to support ongoing application operations.
• Utilize remote communication and collaboration platforms such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to maintain project alignment and speed.
