Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software testing or QA experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience validating data accuracy across software workflows with AI tools.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge for data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the QA process end-to-end using a project management tool (Open Project).
• Utilize AI tools to develop automated tests.
• Define acceptance criteria and quality standards for AI features.
• Test for unintended, misleading, or unreliable outputs.
• Use AI-assisted testing tools to improve test creation and defect analysis.
• Conduct regression, functional, usability, and performance testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide usability feedback.
