Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations for healthcare workflows, perform high-volume automation tasks, and maintain documentation for a healthcare tech platform. This is a 3-month contract with potential extension, requiring fast ramp-up and strong attention to detail.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to improve core apps and internal tooling, while ensuring quality and reliability across projects.

Qualifications

• You must be authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship.
• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations for healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up within a few days of joining.
• Detail-oriented with high-volume task execution.
• Strong ownership and energy to overcome challenges.
• Experience using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong software engineering foundation.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
