Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager in the United States to review and strengthen retirement plan administration quality. You’ll apply deep expertise in nondiscrimination testing, compliance, and regulatory requirements to identify errors and opportunities for improvement.

The role focuses on quality assurance, with autonomy within a growing national organization and a fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of nondiscrimination testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and related regulations.
• NIPA or ASPPA credentials, or a four-year degree.
• Strong research, analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to identify oversights and assess complex work products.
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Coachable mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and guidance to colleagues.
• Experience with Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus.
• Authorized to work for any U.S. employer and based in the United States.

• Review work across retirement plan administration for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to junior staff.
• Interpret retirement plan documents and notices to ensure proper administration.
• Participate in process improvements, standards development, and client projects.
• Monitor new regulations and proposed changes affecting administration.
• Support training and professional development through quality reviews.
• Strengthen knowledge via seminars and independent study.
• Identify errors and opportunities to improve accuracy and consistency.
