Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to focus on reviewing the work product of staff and ensuring accuracy without a client base. This fully remote position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with ERISA knowledge and regulatory acumen.

You will review complex trust/accounting work, participate in process improvements, and mentor junior staff while staying current with evolving regulations. Travel is minimal.

Formación

• Seven years of experience in non-discrimination testing.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.
• Credentials (NIPA, ASPPA) or a 4-year college degree.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and adapt to change.
• High level of critical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review work product prepared by team members across multiple tests and calculations.
• Review work product for other departments as necessary.
• Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects.
• Provide feedback and training to junior staff on work product.
• Interpret plan documents and notices accurately.
• Stay current with new regulations and legislation; monitor proposed changes.
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.

Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for Quality Assurance Managers. This position is designed exclusively to provide work product quality review without a client base.

Job Responsibilities

• Review work product prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, 5500 form, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance
• Review work product for other departments as necessary
• Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects as time permits
• Provide feedback and training on work product to junior staff members
• Interpret plan documents/notices
• Keep current with new regulations and legislation; maintain an awareness of proposed regulations and legislation
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
• NIPA credentials, ASPPA credentials, or a 4 year college degree
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000
• Salaried, non-exempt

Work Location/Hours

• Work from home
• Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
• Approximately 1-2 times per year travel to home office, company training, or industry events. No international travel.
• We will supply all necessary computer equipment.
• Work hours: 37.5 hours per week. You may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.
