EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Claims to oversee charge posting and QA across practices, including offshore resources. This leadership role requires auditing, process improvement, and collaboration with management to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in charge posting or claims submission, strong CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge, and proven ability to coach teams using data-driven insights. Remote-friendly environment with HIPAA training.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• Prefer 1-2 years in supervisory or QA-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and workflows.
• Experience with HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day charge posting and claims QA across practices.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, and rejections for quality.
• Log and analyze errors; provide monthly QA summaries to leadership.
• Create dashboards using PowerBI to track QA metrics.
• Train teams on billing protocols and regulatory updates.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy.
