Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to elevate quality across product delivery. You will own QA planning and execution, strengthen automation, and coach teammates, embedding quality from discovery through release.

Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure end-to-end coverage and risk-based decisions. Success means on-time QA execution, transparent test status, and fewer defects escaping to UAT or production.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on software QA experience across enterprise apps.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and QA throughout lifecycle.
• Experience with automated API, UI, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and set test planning and release readiness expectations.
• Ensure timely test initiation and communicate blockers and data needs.
• Create transparency on tests, defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering and ensure clear ownership.
• Define QA exit criteria and ensure regression completion.
• Partner with Automation Engineers to increase coverage with automation.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed test-case creation while keeping human review.
• Provide concise status reports with risks and next actions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality.
