Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across product delivery and ensure software is testable, timely, and aligned with release quality standards.

You will lead QA planning, coach testers, strengthen automation, and embed quality throughout the SDLC while partnering with Product Owners and Engineering to reduce defects and improve visibility into test readiness and progress.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across SDLC.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and QA role throughout discovery to release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into risk-based test coverage.
• Experience with defect triage and clear quality risk communication.
• Knowledge of automated API, UI, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, CI/CD, and cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA planning and execution across product delivery.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
• Embed quality throughout the SDLC and ensure test readiness and release readiness.
• Drive metrics, risk visibility, and early issue escalation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to improve automation and coverage.
