Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee our QA practice across product delivery, embedding quality throughout the software lifecycle. You will lead planning and execution, enhance automation and regression coverage, coach QA team members, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure release readiness.

You will create visibility into test readiness, progress, risks, and blockers, and drive metrics-based improvement while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource for quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and QA role across discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure timely start of QA work and immediate communication of blockers or scope gaps.
• Create transparency into test coverage, defects, risks, and release readiness.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering, enforcing clear severity, priority, and ownership.
• Increase automated coverage without sacrificing quality; collaborate with Automation Engineers to improve test reliability.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test-case creation and data design while maintaining human review.
