Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a senior QA leader to scale and own the quality strategy for enterprise health technology. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to ensure robust software quality across all releases.

Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor QA engineers, and champion best practices such as shift-left and TDD in a remote-first environment across the US.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in job offered or similar occupation.
• Degree in CS/IT/SE or related field required.
• Option to telecommute.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the QA strategy across the organization.
• Focus on test automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee QA engineers and ensure high quality across SDLC.
• Partner with product, eng, and leadership to drive quality culture.
• Define and manage overall quality strategy, automation, and manual testing.
• Mentor QA team across multiple Scrum teams, ensure delivery.
• Align testing priorities with business goals and metrics.
• Develop scalable test frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Monitor KPIs and report product health to leadership.
• Promote shift-left, TDD, and exploratory testing practices.
• Identify gaps in coverage, tooling, or process and fix them.
