Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced IT Quality Assurance & Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-wide quality strategy, testing practices, automation frameworks, and governance. This role will build and mentor a high-performing QA and Quality Engineering team while driving quality across the software development lifecycle.

You will define standards, oversee functional, integration and performance testing, integrate automation into CI/CD, and partner with stakeholders to raise quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years leading QA or engineering teams.
• Insurance industry experience preferred (P&C).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Quality Engineering strategy, roadmap, standards, and KPIs.
• Lead and develop QA Analysts, Test Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
• Establish testing governance, quality gates, and best practices across technology teams.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security, accessibility, and release testing.
• Drive enterprise test automation initiatives and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
