Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own the QA practice across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and release quality. You will lead day-to-day QA planning, strengthen automation, coach team members, and partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.

This role requires hands-on QA leadership, risk-based testing, and clear visibility into test readiness, progress, and blockers to support informed release decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on QA experience across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA in discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into thorough risk-based test coverage.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins as planned and blockers are identified and communicated.
• Create transparency into what has been tested and current quality risks.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering and drive timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, integrations, and platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owners early to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Ensure end-to-end testing of critical workflows before business UAT.
