Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to drive quality across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparent progress. You will lead day-to-day QA planning, strengthen automation, and coach the team while partnering with Product Owners and Engineering to bake quality into the SDLC.

You will establish test strategies for features and platform changes, lead defect triage, and advocate risk-based testing to optimize release readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum with QA involvement in discovery through release.
• Experience with automated API, UI, regression testing and AI-assisted tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, observability, cloud environments.
• Experience maturing a QA organization toward a balanced automation and risk-based quality model.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins when planned and blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps are communicated promptly.
• Create transparency into what has been tested, remaining risks, and release confidence with stakeholders.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering to clarify severity, priority, and ownership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality across the lifecycle, not just testing.
• Drive automation expansion and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing while preserving human oversight.
