Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to own the quality assurance practice across product delivery, embedding quality throughout the software lifecycle and surfacing defects early. You will lead day-to-day QA planning, strengthen automation and regression coverage, and coach QA team members while collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software QA leadership with passion for quality outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with Product & Engineering throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and discovery phases.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into risk-based test coverage.
• Familiarity with automation and mentoring QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish testing expectations.
• Lead planning, execution, and release readiness activities.
• Coach QA team on discipline, risk thinking, and ownership.
• Develop test strategies for features, integrations, and platform changes.
• Lead defect triage and ensure clear quality risk visibility.
• Increase automated coverage and reduce manual regression over time.
• Partner with QA Automation Engineers to scale testing in delivery pipelines.
