Job summary

Care Access in the United States is seeking a QA Engineer to own automated and manual testing for clinical research software. You will design end-to-end Playwright tests, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive quality across features from development through release.

This remote role requires 3+ years in software QA, strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL, and experience integrating tests into GitHub Actions or CircleCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software QA with test automation.
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated end-to-end tests with Playwright.
• Perform manual testing on complex user flows and edge cases.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to shift quality left.
• Document bugs with clear steps to speed resolution.
• Improve QA processes, standards, and tooling across the team.
• Participate in test planning, sprints, and release readiness.
