Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to design and execute automated tests using Playwright, TypeScript, and Postman. This remote opportunity supports our Avalon engagement and focuses on building reliable, scalable test coverage across the platform.

You will develop test plans, automate API tests, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in software quality assurance with test planning and documentation.
• At least 2 years automating tests using scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SQL and databases for data validation.
• Proficient with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent English communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manual and automated testing.
• Design detailed test cases to identify defects and ensure functionality.
• Automate API test coverage using Postman.
• Document defects and track resolution with developers.
• Use GitHub Copilot with VS Code to speed up test scripting.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders.
• Take ownership from design to launch.
