Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own the QA domain for a fast-moving startup, delivering robust Playwright-based test suites and proactive root-cause analysis.

You'll also handle first-line customer support during US hours, work with AI-assisted development tools, and patch issues on git branches, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction across a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools.
• Availability to work in US time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.
• Manage the QA domain, including root cause analysis and bug reporting.
• Handle first-line customer support via Intercom during US time zones.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate testing workflows.
• Patch minor issues directly on git branches for core team review.
• Interact with agentic QA tools to improve testing coverage and efficiency.
