This Senior QA/Test Engineer role concentrates on Amazon Connect and contact center testing, building comprehensive test strategies and automated suites across UI, API, and serverless backends. You will partner with engineers to shift quality left, run UAT sessions, and contribute reusable test

Qualifications

• 8+ years QA/test engineering experience
• Hands-on testing of CCaaS/IVR/voice platforms
• Experience with automated testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations
• Build manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Verify production readiness with monitoring, cutover validation, and incident triage
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute reusable test assets
