OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit engineering specifications and packages, maintain CoQ tracking, and support TL 9000 metrics.

The role reports to the Services Quality Leader and is 100% remote, empowering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across service delivery. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5 years in telecom-related QA, auditing experience, and proficiency with Excel/SharePoint.

Formación

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of experience in telecom industry requirements including DC power installation/engineering and project management.
• Experience auditing engineering documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Working knowledge of TL9000/ISO 9001 concepts and internal auditing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for tracker maintenance and Cost of Quality calculations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document audit evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and adherence to customer standards; document findings and drive timely correction/closure.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, build documentation, ECNs/changes) for compliance with customer requirements.
• Audit Methods of Procedure and End of Job packages to ensure safe installation practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure version control and configuration alignment between customer requirements and service deliverables.
• Track Cost of Quality metrics and contribute to corrective actions to reduce CoPQ and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare audit summaries, trend analyses, and dashboards for stakeholders.
