This role supports TL 9000 metrics and cost of quality tracking, with 100% remote work reporting to the Services Quality Leader. The ideal candidate has about 5 years in telecom quality, strong data analysis in Excel and SharePoint, and proven ability to document audit evidence and drive corrective actions across engineering, program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• About 5 years of telecom industry experience in DC power, toll/fiber, or project management.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and audit practices.
• Proficient with Excel and SharePoint for data analysis and tracking CoPQ.

Responsibilities

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and closure.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, ECNs) for compliance.
• Review Methods of Procedure and End of Job packages for safety and quality.
• Ensure version control between customer requirements and service deliverables.
• Track Cost of Poor Quality metrics and support corrective actions.
• Initiate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection and surveillance audits.
• Communicate recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain audit records and evidence per confidentiality requirements.
