Outlier invites you to join a remote, structured program where your software engineering expertise helps train AI models in code generation, debugging, and evaluation. Open to many Latin American regions and beyond, you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear computer science prompts to push model capabilities.

This is a freelance 1099 contract opportunity with flexible work from anywhere.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions like accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
