This is a flexible, remote, 1099 freelance role inviting applicants from multiple Latin American countries. Earn up to $34 USD/hr with potential incentives based on project performance.

The ideal candidate holds a CS degree, has production code experience, and communicates fluently in English with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: Read code produced by AI models and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses: Score responses on accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science questions: Develop clear prompts that challenge AI models and push coding ability.
