Outlier invites experienced software engineers to join a structured remote program that trains AI models to generate, debug, and evaluate code. You will review AI-produced code and rate model responses while contributing to prompts that test coding ability.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
• Currently accepting applicants from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, Dominica, Belize.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
