The ideal candidate has 15+ years of QA experience, strong automation knowledge, and excellent communication to govern quality in fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of QA/testing experience with automation focus.
• ISTQB/CSTE certifications are a plus.
• Strong API testing experience with RESTful and SOAP.
• Excellent communication and remote leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, governance, and test strategy development.
• Oversee automated and manual testing, focusing on API testing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior QA staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare test reports and metrics for stakeholders.
