Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking an Auditor, Quality Assurance, Refunds for a remote position. You will gather and analyze audit data, present findings to operational personnel, and recommend process improvements to management to increase effectiveness and output.

The ideal candidate understands medical billing documentation, has experience in physician billing AR/refunds/payments, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills to deliver clear conclusions to non-experts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data.
• Physician billing experience in AR, Refunds, or Payments is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand critical issues and bring resolution through problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze audit data and present findings to operational personnel.
• Recommend process or system changes to management to increase effectiveness, production, or output.
• May also complete compliance related audits for operational procedures.
• Write and present results and conclusions clearly for non-expert audiences.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
