Job summary

ACU-Serve Corp is seeking a Quality Assurance Audit Analyst to perform quality reviews for pre-pay and post-pay audits and to ensure compliance with established guidelines across client orders before delivery and confirmation.

You will help maintain up-to-date coding and billing practices, develop training materials, and support management with clear documentation and analysis of deficiencies. This role supports a remote, full-time work arrangement in the United States.

Qualifications

• Durable Medical Equipment experience is required.
• Knowledge of payor requirements for billing, auditing, and/or contracting with a strong background of Medicare LCD requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews for both Pre-Pay and Post-Pay audits, and client orders prior to delivery or confirmation.
• Keep current on coding and billing guidelines, and monitor for regulatory changes.
• Prepare summaries for management of quality review results with basic analysis of deficiencies.
• Assist with policy, procedure development related to claim review processes.
• Coordinate recoupment efforts with Director of Compliance due to billing errors and overpayments.
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding recoupments in writing and/or verbally.
• Produce and deliver monthly a summary report of changes to the Director of Compliance.
