Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking an Auditor, Quality Assurance, Refunds to join our Refunds QA team. This remote role focuses on completing audits of monthly/weekly invoices and analyzing data to identify issues.

You’ll gather data, present findings to operations, suggest improvements, and document results clearly. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and physician billing experience in AR, refunds, or payments, with strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation.
• Physician billing experience in AR, Refunds, or Payments.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze audit data and present findings to operational personnel.
• Recommend process or system changes to management that will increase effectiveness, production, or general output.
• May also complete compliance related audits that are particular to operational procedures.
• Write and present results and conclusions in a clear and intelligible way so they are comprehensible to a non-expert audience.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
