Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Healthcare Analytics QA Lead for a value-based care platform in the United States. You will own end-to-end QA, ensure data quality across clinical, claims, and payer data, and lead UAT with clients to ensure readiness for beta in January 2027 and MVP by March 1, 2027.

The role emphasizes testing strategy, financial reconciliation, data validation, and security/compliance with PHI auditing. Strong SQL, Jira, and BI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA or software/data testing, with at least 2 years leading testing for data analytics/BI projects.
• Experience with healthcare data, especially claims, eligibility, payer, or EHR data.
• Strong SQL skills to query, validate, reconcile, and investigate complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy for a healthcare analytics platform built on Exasol and Tableau.
• Define and execute test cases and scripts in JIRA with full traceability to requirements.
• Define financial reconciliation testing to validate total cost of care, PMPM, benchmarks vs source data (±3%).
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and Tableau dashboards for accuracy and completeness.
• Independently trace dashboard metrics through data transformations to source records.
• Lead internal testing activities and coordinate client-facing UAT including planning and execution.
• Validate RBAC, PHI audit logging, and data security/compliance requirements.
• Coordinate UAT participants, monitor progress, and document/resolve issues.
• Lead defect triage, track actions, and maintain 72-hour turnaround for defects.
• Provide go-live readiness assessments and PMO recommendations.
• Support beta release in January 2027 and MVP launch by March 1, 2027.
