Qualifications

• At least 3 years of specialized quality engineering experience.
• Experience with scalable applications and distributed systems.
• Strong API testing and test automation skills.
• Frontend and backend testing for modern web apps.
• Proficient in debugging, scripting, and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies (BDD, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Ability to turn requirements into precise test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based test strategies for product features and releases.
• Develop, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks for frontend and backend.
• Promote standardized testing methodologies and release-readiness criteria.
• Explore AI-enabled testing tools to modernize workflows.
• Maintain automated quality gates in pipelines and provide quality sign-off.
• Analyze logs, investigate defects, perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to performance engineering, load testing, and security scanning.
• Document, prioritize, and track high-impact defects.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA leadership to define acceptance criteria.
• Identify testing gaps and drive tool/process improvements.
• Clearly communicate results and risks to teams and stakeholders.
