Qualifications

• 5+ years as healthcare data analyst within a health plan.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python and analytics tools.
• Experience with large databases and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain healthcare analytics tools to improve access to services and medication use.
• Develop digital health tools delivering real-time insights to physicians.
• Design and conduct real-world evidence studies using claims data.
• Ingest, standardize, and manage medical and pharmacy claims data.
• Develop and improve ETL processes for reliable data integration.
• Analyze claim-line-level data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Explore AI opportunities in analytics and automation.
• Translate complex healthcare data into actionable findings for decisions.
