Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a fully remote, U.S.-based role focused on a federal healthcare program and marketplace oversight. You will join a data and testing team skilled in Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to identify and communicate issues through data storytelling.

Qualificações

• 4 years of information technology experience in requirements development, programming and/or software testing.
• Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Expert Excel skills, including macros and formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Solid quantitative skills with databases and spreadsheets.
• Must have lived in the United States at least three of the last five years.

Responsabilidades

• Support the QA effort for a SharePoint Online migration, testing user-friendly solutions across multiple workstreams and confirming migrated content meets requirements.
• Collaborate with business, product and development teams across the full SDLC: requirements, specifications, integration and regression testing.
• Build and execute efficient test plans for new systems, problems and enhancements.
• Analyze system requirements and write detailed, reusable manual test cases.
• Plan, document, evaluate and track test results with clear replication steps.
• Enter and manage defects in the defect tracking tool.
• Participate in walk-throughs, inspections, reviews and production verification.
• Establish quantitative measures of software quality and review products against standards.
• Maintain data repositories and reporting tools (e.g., within SharePoint) and compile reports for stakeholders.
• Respond to unpredictable reporting requests with quick turnaround.
• Work with internal and external customers to understand analytics needs and KPIs.
• Contribute to SOPs, user guides, process improvements and the SharePoint repository.
