Mondo is seeking a QA Analyst to support a large-scale workforce management platform migration. The role is remote and duration is 3 months with a compensation range of $40-50/hr W2.

The ideal candidate will lead testing across functional, integration, and UAT workstreams in a multi-country environment. Responsibilities include developing QA strategy, executing test cycles, documenting defects, and driving timely resolution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a QA Analyst in a large corporate IT environment.
• Must have current working knowledge of Kronos or UKG (non-negotiable).
• Experience with workforce management systems and related testing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to execute functional, integration, SIT, and UAT testing types.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the overall QA strategy, testing approach, and detailed test plans for functional, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Execute and coordinate test cycles to ensure comprehensive coverage and adherence to project timelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development and business teams to drive timely resolution.
• Design test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on system requirements and end-user needs.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement tools or processes where applicable.
• Track and report QA progress metrics, providing regular status updates to project leadership.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders to align test requirements and expectations.
