Defined Software Development, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst for a remote contract opportunity. The role focuses on manual testing, test automation, and REST API/microservices validation across enterprise applications.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis.
• Minimum 7 years in Agile software development.
• 7+ years manual testing experience with test scenarios.
• 7+ years automated testing with Selenium or similar tools.
• 7+ years with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 7+ years in JAD and UAT activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across org levels.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Familiarity with CJIS security practices and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute formal test plans for quality software applications.
• Create test cases, scenarios, and scripts from requirements.
• Perform manual testing to validate functionality and find defects.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks (Page Object Model).
• Develop and run automated tests with Selenium or similar tools.
• Test REST APIs and microservices, including endpoint validation.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions with business users.
• Review documents and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Create technical docs supporting testing and delivery.
• Investigate issues and communicate root causes to teams.
• Ensure testing complies with development, security, and accessibility standards.
